Our pre school children are developing their culinary skills by cooking and making some delicious foods.
We are currently reading the book “Funny Bones” and this has led to some interesting discussions about our own bones and the foods that we need to grow healthy bones.
The children have made some smoothies and are learning that milk contains calcium which is important for their bones to grow strong.
Our cook school takes places weekly and we would welcome any help or the sharing of favourite family recipes.
